Production time
As a rule, your order is produced and transferred to our shipping partner on the same working day on which we receive payment. Please add the approximate delivery time below to know when you can expect your package!
Delivery time
Austria: As soon as the order has been produced and shipped, the delivery time in Austria is one working day.
Germany: We usually ship to Germany within 2 working days of production and delivery.
Other countries within the EU: As soon as the order has been produced and shipped, it usually takes 2-5 working days until you receive your order.
Shipping costs
We charge shipping costs at a flat fee of EUR 7.95 per order within the EU.
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein: we charge additionally € 20.00 for customs clearance of exports (regardless of the order value). During the import progress, you may have to pay additional duties, taxes and fees.
